Next week<\/span> <\/strong>only Wednesday and Thursday groups will be able to attend their weekly lesson because of the Monday-Tuesday holiday. Please, if you are in the half-groups affected and your next lesson at EOI is not taking place until Monday 14\/Tuesday 15 December, try to devote the necessary time to complete the self-study home assignments I told you about in class:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2666\u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff6600\">From OPEN WORLD, unit 2:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reading p.28-29, Social Media and Friendship.<\/strong> Exercises 2, 3 and 7 are the proper reading activitity. Do ex. 4, 5 and 6 as well, which can help you find useful strategies to improve your reading skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grammar p.30, The passive.<\/strong> Do\/Revise exercise 4. Watch the video beforehand so that you can remember how passive structures are formed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grammar reference p.208, The passive.<\/strong> Read the explanations and check your answers to the exercises. Start by doing this, and then go on with the online exercises below.
