Ell\u00ed, ta asitiada <strong>Casa Marcial<\/strong>, el nuesu restor\u00e1n m\u00e1s nom\u00e1u, con<strong> 3 Soles Repsol <\/strong>y <strong>2 Estrelles Michel\u00edn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nacho Manzano criose nesa casa, ente fogones, cuando yera un chigre-tienda-llagar onde daben de comer por encargu, al pie de la carretera qu\u2019aun\u00eda <strong>Les Arriondes<\/strong> con <strong>Ribeseya <\/strong>pasando pel <strong>Fitu<\/strong>. Cuando nun esist\u00eden les (bendites, pa dalgo que mos favorez\u2026) modes del <em><strong>Km0<\/strong><\/em> ya\u2019l productu llocal, el men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n de Casa Marcial viaxaba y\u00e1 pel mundiu alredor del productu asturianu. Vivir cerca del Pienzu ye lo que tien, qu\u2019ab\u00e1rcalo too: acolumbrar el <strong>Cant\u00e1bricu<\/strong>, xirar y casi tocar los <strong>Picos d\u2019Europa<\/strong>. Y d\u2019eh\u00ed, vinieron los sos restoranes <strong>Gloria<\/strong>, n\u2019<strong>Uvi\u00e9u<\/strong> y Xix\u00f3n, como homenaxe a so g\u00fcela, la gran guisandera que-y ense\u00f1\u00f3 a facer patates guisaes, y que siempres quiso tener un restor\u00e1n propio. Tami\u00e9n la so internacionalizaci\u00f3n con 5 restoranes en <strong>Llondres<\/strong>, como sociu y direutor gastron\u00f3micu, so propiu catering pa bodes y eventos.
