La publicaci\u00f3n incluye un calendariu pa semar, rotaciones de cultivos, plantes acompa\u00f1antes y una ficha completa de ca\u00fan de los cultivos m\u00e1s comunes y afayadizos pal territoriu asturianu: pataca, cebolla, ma\u00edz, calabac\u00edn, etc. Am\u00e1s, cada ficha incluye un refr\u00e1n asturianu sobre estos cultivos, el clima o sobre los llabores na tierra en xeneral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<!-- iframe plugin v.6.0 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1ZPSxesxCqHuFHKrlknzzuRAHpgKplkwk\/preview\" width=\"640\" height=\"800\" allow=\"autoplay\" 0=\"\/iframe\" scrolling=\"yes\" class=\"iframe-class\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>El proyectu naci\u00f3 cola idea de sorrayar la rellaci\u00f3n ente les lling\u00fces propies d\u2019Asturies y l\u2019autocultivu sostenible d\u2019alimentos, activid\u00e1 bien enraigonada na cultura asturiana.<\/p>\n<p>El cuadernu, del que s\u2019editaron 8.000 unidaes n\u2019asturianu y 2.000 en gallego-asturianu o eonaviegu, va repartise nes escueles asturianes adher\u00edes al programa Alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y de producci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3xica nos comedores escolares d\u2019Asturies, puestu en marcha por tr\u00e9s conseyer\u00edes: Sal\u00fa, Mediu Rural y Cohesi\u00f3n Territorial y Educaci\u00f3n.
