Nun viaxen solos. F\u00edxolo xuntu al equipu de grabaci\u00f3n que rueda un documental para HBO onde&#8217;l chef quier dar a conocer los meyores platos, productos y restoranes d&#8217;Espa\u00f1a. Catalu\u00f1a, Andaluc\u00eda, Madrid, Valencia, Lanzarote y Asturies son los enclaves que visita la familia Andr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La parada asturiana de la docuserie c\u00e9ntrase en cuatro llugares: <strong>Cabu Vidio, Uvi\u00e9u, San Feliz y los Picos d&#8217;Europa<\/strong>. Al pie de Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s y les sos tr\u00e9s f\u00edes, Carlota, In\u00e9s y Luc\u00eda, apaecen tr\u00e9s chefs reputadaos n&#8217;Asturies, como son <strong>Nachu Manzano<\/strong>, que cunta con dos Estrelles Michelin pol so restor\u00e1n Casa Marcial y la so muyer Duce Mart\u00ednez, una de les cocineres m\u00e1s reconoc\u00edes de la rex\u00f3n, y <strong>Marcos Mor\u00e1n<\/strong>, chef de Casa Gerardo. <strong>Precisamente Casa Gerardo ye&#8217;l resturante favoritu de Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s en tol mundu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allug\u00e1u en Priendes (Carre\u00f1o), Casa Gerardo ye conoc\u00edu pola so cocina tradicional y la so selecci\u00f3n de productos de proximid\u00e1. Unu de los sos platos estrella ye la fabada asturiana. Na docuserie, el chef cocina una xuntu con Pedro Mor\u00e1n y utilicen \u201cles meyores fabones del mundu\u00bb, seg\u00fan apunt\u00f3&#8217;l mierense.
