Tr\u00e9tase d&#8217;una empresa familiar, formada por \u00c1nxeles Villar, titular de la mesma, Adri\u00e1n Garc\u00eda Villar (inxenieru agr\u00f3nomu) y Juan Carlos Garc\u00eda Rubio, t\u00e9cnicu del Serviciu Rexonal d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3n y Desenvolvimientu Agroalimentario (Serida).<\/p>\n<p>Adri\u00e1n Garc\u00eda recuerda que ye \u00aborixinariu d&#8217;Asia\u00bb, en concretu de \u00abzones con climes asemeyaos\u00bb, nel sent\u00edu de que se dan \u00abiviernos relativamente fr\u00edos, mugor y ensin un calor estremo\u00bb.
