Poro, <strong>la gastronom\u00eda sostenible ye sin\u00f3nimu d&#8217;una cocina que tien en cuenta l&#8217;orixe de los ingredientes, c\u00f3mo se cultiven y c\u00f3mo lleguen a los nuesos mercaos y, finalmente, a los nuesos platos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El sistema de la ONU en pro d&#8217;una gastronom\u00eda sostenible.
