Nun ye otru que Casa Marcial, en La Salar (Parres), en manos de la familia Manzano. Nachu y Esther dirixen los fogones, a los que tami\u00e9n s&#8217;incorpor\u00f3 nel \u00faltimu a\u00f1u Chus S\u00e1nchez Manzano, f\u00edu de la cocinera, ente que Sandra manzano oc\u00fapase de la sala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Casa Marcial<\/strong> llevaba tiempu nes quinieles para la tercer estrella y a la fin confirm\u00f3se esta tarde en Murcia, onde se celebr\u00f3 la gala de presentaci\u00f3n de la popular gu\u00eda colorada para 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Foi abiertu en 1993 como restor\u00e1n na casa familiar qu&#8217;incluy\u00eda un chigre nel que daba com\u00edes<\/strong> la madre de los Manzano. En 1999 (para la gu\u00eda de 2000) llogr\u00f3 la primer estrella y a los diez a\u00f1os llegar\u00eda la segunda, lo que lo convirti\u00f3 nel primer restor\u00e1n asturianu en llograr tala reconocencia.
