El Ministeriu d&#8217;Agricultura estrema a una queser\u00eda cabraliega en galardonla con \u00abAlimentos d&#8217;Espa\u00f1a 2025\u00bb, que destaquen la excelencia y tradici\u00f3n quesera Quesu Cabrales.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Ministeriu d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n d&#8217;Espa\u00f1a concedi\u00f3&#8217;l premiu \u00abAlimentos d&#8217;Espa\u00f1a 2025\u00bb al <strong>quesu Valfr\u00edu DOP<\/strong> Cabrales, ellabor\u00e1u pola queser\u00eda asturiana *Valfr\u00edu, na categor\u00eda de Meyores Quesos: Quesu Madurec\u00edo con Mohos o Quesu Azul. El galard\u00f3n foi otorg\u00e1u ye ex aequo xuntu col Javier Riolo, de la DOP Pic\u00f3n Bejes-Tresviso (Cantabria).<\/p>\n<p>Estos premios, impulsaos pol Ministeriu coles mires de promocionar los productos agroalimentarios nacionales, busquen poner en valor los quesos espa\u00f1oles con mayor calid\u00e1 y propiedaes organol\u00e9pticas. En palabres de la Delegaci\u00f3n del Gobiernu n&#8217;Asturies, tr\u00e1tase d&#8217;una reconocencia a la excelencia y la tradici\u00f3n quesera asturiana, que celebra la calid\u00e1 y el sabor \u00fanico d&#8217;esti productu tan nuesu\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta edici\u00f3n participaron un total de 135 amueses procedentes de too el pa\u00eds.
