Dende los a\u00f1os 90, impuls\u00f3se la so recuperaci\u00f3n gracies a iniciatives locales como ASAPES y empreses como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escanda.es\/es\/\"><strong>Speltastur<\/strong><\/a>, el so cultivu c\u00e9ntrase principalmente nos Conceyos de Villaviciosa, Grau, Belmonte, Somiedu, Proaza, Yernes y Tameza, Salas y Tin\u00e9u.
