Nun hai dulda, el quesu ye un alimentu antiguo dizse que les sos primeres versiones surdieron dende Mesopotamia y darr\u00e9u la so fabricaci\u00f3n estendiose por todo Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Cola cayida del Imperiu Romanu surdieron nueves t\u00e9cniques locales d\u2019ellaboraci\u00f3n y Roma dedicose a estender les sos t\u00e9cniques de manufactura de quesos per gran parte d\u2019Europa, esto aument\u00f3 la diversid\u00e1 del quesu en diverses rexones y dio pie a que cada pa\u00eds fuera creando les sos propies tradiciones.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que ye un fechu ye que dende les antig\u00fces civilizaciones el quesu yera almacen\u00e1u pa d\u00f3mines d\u2019escasez, pa sobrevivir a los fr\u00edos iviernos y yera un bon alimentu pa los viaxes, tou esto pol so f\u00e1cil llevar, bonu caltenimientu y el so altu conten\u00edu en grases\u00a0 prote\u00ednes.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00b4Asturies tenemos 42 varied\u00e1es de quesu.
