L&#8217;oxetivu principal ye<strong> recordar qu&#8217;el autocuidao tien de ser una pr\u00e1ctica diaria, de forma constante y consciente. Non daqu\u00e9 que se fai dacuando.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nL&#8217;autocuidado def\u00ednese como les acciones que les persones realicen pa curiar de la so propia sal\u00fa y bienestar. Esto incl\u00fai l&#8217;adopci\u00f3n de vezos saludables como l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrao, l&#8217;exerciciu regular, la xesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y el descansu fayadizu.
