Y ye que al director, guionista, productor, escritor, periodista deportivu y actor gustar\u00eda-y volver a \u00abdicir &#8216;acci\u00f3n&#8217; y &#8216;corten&#8217; porque&#8217;l cine ye acci\u00f3n\u00bb, hai maifestado el polifac\u00e9ticu cineasta, qu&#8217;en 1989 recibi\u00f3&#8217;l Goya a Meyor Direcci\u00f3n por &#8216;Remando al vientu&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSacantes dalguna esceici\u00f3n, nun volv\u00ed ver les mios pel\u00edcules. Si volviera empezar, fadr\u00eda lo mesmo: inventar el cine o tratar d&#8217;inventalo y acabar\u00eda, pos como lo fixi -rise-. Y eso qu&#8217;he obstinado siempres y nun par\u00e9 hasta nun llograr aquello que buscaba\u00bb, declar\u00f3&#8217;l premi\u00e1u, qu&#8217;esti mi\u00e9rcoles cumple 91 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cine, lliteratura, imaxinaci\u00f3n y fantas\u00eda. <\/strong>La Xunta Directiva de l&#8217;Academia decidi\u00f3, por unanimid\u00e1, otorgar esti premiu honor\u00edficu al veteranu cineasta asturianu por una trayectoria dende la que desenvolvi\u00f3 xuna filmograf\u00eda sorprendente, na qu&#8217;esperiment\u00f3 con tolos x\u00e9neros y dende toles actit\u00faes, rodando cine esperimental, cine comercial y adaptaciones lliteraries propies y ayenes.
