Fix\u00e9renlo posible los ocho quesos que tornen de la trix\u00e9simu s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n de la competici\u00f3n mundial con medayes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nun ye raru qu&#8217;Asturies reciba dalguna distinci\u00f3n, y\u00e1 lo consigui\u00f3 ensin dir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 en 2024, 2023 y 2022. Y foi nel a\u00f1u 2021 cuando Uvi\u00e9u acoy\u00f3 la cita, polo que la rex\u00f3n siempres tien enforma que dicir nel certame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/estaticos-cdn.prensaiberica.es\/clip\/056d308e-feed-4924-88a5-2e5624c954cb_16-9-discover-aspect-ratio_default_0.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/estaticos-cdn.prensaiberica.es\/clip\/056d308e-feed-4924-88a5-2e5624c954cb_16-9-discover-aspect-ratio_default_0.webp\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Esta vegada cinco queser\u00edes y empreses l\u00e1cteas consiguieron tr\u00e9s medayes d&#8217;oru, una de plata y cuatro de bronce. En concretu, col metal dorao fueron premiaos<strong> l&#8217;Afuega&#8217;l Pitu Trapo Blanco de Temia<\/strong>, <strong>el Lazana<\/strong> afin\u00e1u de la queser\u00eda allugada en Les Regueres y el <strong>Quesu Cabrales DOP Central Llechera Asturiana Cueva del Mol\u00edn<\/strong>, que ellabora la Corporaci\u00f3n Alimentaria Pe\u00f1asanta S.A.<\/p>\n<p>La medaya de plata foi pa otru <strong>quesu Cabrales, en concretu, el Valfr\u00edu<\/strong> 3 lleches de la queser\u00eda Valfr\u00edu. Para completar el particular podiu queseru asturianu hai que sumar a la queser\u00eda que m\u00e1s premios consigui\u00f3 angua\u00f1o. Tr\u00e1tase de la sierense Alejandro Casielles 1913 que sum\u00f3 cuatro medayes de bronce con otros tantos de los sos productos: Los Tr\u00e9s Amigues Madurec\u00edu, de Cabra mini, Los Tr\u00e9s Amigues mini y Oveya y puntu.<\/p>\n<p>Angua\u00f1o, un panel de 265 xueces evalu\u00f3 5.244 quesos para identificar 110 Super Golds, que fueron reevaluados por un S\u00faper Xur\u00e1u internacional para atopar los 14 meyores quesos del mundu.
