La respuesga ye complicada pero angua\u00f1o cel\u00e9brase, <strong>per primer vegada, el Campeonatu Meyor Rosc\u00f3n Artesanu de Reyes d&#8217;Asturies.<\/strong> Ye una iniciativa que busca demostrar que na rex\u00f3n hai muncha calid\u00e1 reposetera y premiar con 1000 euros al ganador o ganadora y 205 euros para&#8217;l que quede en segundu llugar.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nesta competici\u00f3n por saber qui\u00e9n ye&#8217;l local col meyor rosc\u00f3n pueden participar tolos locales qu&#8217;ellaboren de manera tradicional esti dulce del D\u00eda de Reyes. Les inscirpciones t\u00e1n abiertes hasta&#8217;l d\u00eda 15 d&#8217;avientu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Un total de 14 locales y\u00e1 formen parte d&#8217;esti retu. Ye la inteci\u00f3n de la so organizadora, l&#8217;asturiana Raquel Baraga\u00f1o. Ye productora y organizadora d&#8217;eventos, ye l&#8217;alma m\u00e1ter de festivales como Mercazoco o Fartukarte. Agora p\u00e1sase a los dulces de Navid\u00e1 con esti campeonatu que se desenvuelve en dos fases.<\/p>\n<p>El vienres 19 d&#8217;avientu va haber una semifinal na qu&#8217;un xur\u00e1u popular va probar los roscones y va escoyer los sos favoritos. De sigu\u00edo, el martes 30 d&#8217;avientu va conocese al ganador. Nesta ocasi\u00f3n, les votaciones van llevase a cabu un xur\u00e1u profesional compuestu por M\u00f3nica Longo (cocinera), Raquel Menda\u00f1a (Divulgadora gastron\u00f3mica), Jhonatan Gonz\u00e1lez Ovalle (Pasteleru y panaderu Cabu Bustu), Israel Moreno Torres (Chef Restor\u00e1n Ayalga), Marcos Cienfuegos (Cocineru ya investigador culinariu.
