Un concursu referente d&#8217;unu de los postres por excelencia d&#8217;Asturies entam\u00e1u pola Hermand\u00e1 de la Probe y que cunta cola collaboraci\u00f3n del Gremiu d&#8217;Artesanos Pasteleros del Princip\u00e1u d&#8217;Asturies. Como cada a\u00f1u un xur\u00e1u espertu, presid\u00edu por Luis Javier del Valle Vega, encargar de probar les distintes ellaboraciones, que nesta edici\u00f3n viose sosprend\u00edu pola gran calid\u00e1 de les ellaboraciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/s2.ppllstatics.com\/elcomercio\/www\/multimedia\/2026\/01\/18\/galar-U87223420288lKO-1200x840@El%20Comercio.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/s2.ppllstatics.com\/elcomercio\/www\/multimedia\/2026\/01\/18\/galar-U87223420288lKO-1200x840@El%20Comercio.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"840\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nesta edici\u00f3n, na categor\u00eda d&#8217;ellaboraciones artesanes profesionales, <strong>result\u00f3 vencedora la casadiella presentada pol restor\u00e1n De Torres, allug\u00e1u na localid\u00e1 ayerana de Felechosa.<\/strong> Un restor\u00e1n que lleva d\u00e9cades destacando pola so cocina y ufiertando a los sos comensales les y\u00e1 reconoc\u00edes como meyores casadielles del mundu 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Los galardones nel restu de categor\u00edes distribuyir en: Escueles d&#8217;Hosteler\u00eda para l&#8217;alumnu Diego Sierra D\u00edaz, del IES Valle d&#8217;Ayer. Nel apart\u00e1u de casadielles caseres destacaron les presentaes por Marisol Gonz\u00e1lez Rodr\u00edguez, de la localid\u00e1 l.leniza de Vil.layana. Y a lo \u00faltimo, reconoci\u00f3se a la meyor ellaboraci\u00f3n realizada por vecinos del conceyu morciniegu que foi para Pebida Casal, de la localid\u00e1 de Santolaya.<\/p>\n<p>Cada concursante present\u00f3 seis pieces, ellaboraes seg\u00fan los par\u00e1metros de la ellaboraci\u00f3n tradicional asturiana. Ye dicir<strong> tienen de tar rellenes de nueces, ablanes o amiestu de dambes, pudiendo ser arreglaes con azucre y an\u00eds.
