N\u2019Asturies hai 14 empreses que collaboren con esti programa que da trabayu a 20 persones, toes con contratu indefin\u00edu.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcei cel\u00e9brase\u2019l D\u00eda Internacional del S\u00edndrome de Down y TPA Noticies quixo conocer c\u00f3mo ye la so xornada de trabayu, en concreto la de Yara Men\u00e9ndez y Andrea Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p>Yara tien 28 a\u00f1os trabaya nel Colexu de Farmac\u00e9uticos d\u2019Asturies y Andrea de 38, lleva siete a\u00f1os nel Institutu Oftalmol\u00f3xicu Fern\u00e1ndez-Vega.<\/p>\n<p>Son dos de les 20 persones con S\u00edndrome de Down que tienen un trabayu nuna de les empreses collaboradores cola Fundaci\u00f3n Down Asturies.<\/p>\n<p>Formen parte del programa trabayu con sofitu y el so enfotu y dedicaci\u00f3n al trabayu dex\u00f3los tener un contratu indefin\u00edu, anque nos confiesen qu\u2019esti nun foi\u2019l so primer trabayu.<\/p>\n<p>Suponen un sofitu fundamental pa les empreses y el so inxerimientu supunxo un deprendizaxe pa toos, destaquen Diego Gonz\u00e1lez, encarg\u00e1u de facturaci\u00f3n nel Colexu Oficial de Farmac\u00e9uticos d\u2019Asturies, y Seraf\u00edn Ant\u00f3n, encarg\u00e1u del departamentu de caltenimientu nel Institutu Oftalmol\u00f3xicu Fern\u00e1ndez-Vega.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019Espa\u00f1a, 23.000 persones con S\u00edndrome de Down t\u00e1n n\u2019ed\u00e1 de trabayar, pero nam\u00e1s el 9% tien trabayu.
