Impuls\u00e1u pola UIT <strong>dende 2010<\/strong>, busca amenorgar la fienda dixital de x\u00e9neru, animando a les muyeres a estudiar y trabayar n&#8217;\u00e1rees STEM.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oxetivu Principal: Crear una redolada mundial qu&#8217;empodere y afale a les ne\u00f1es y nueves a considerar carreres tecnol\u00f3xiques (Tecnolox\u00edes de la Informaci\u00f3n y la Comunicaci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<li>Contestu de X\u00e9neru: Solo&#8217;l 26% de les persones que trabayen n&#8217;Intelixencia Artificial son muyeres, y el 6% de los CEO d&#8217;industries tecnol\u00f3xiques son muyeres.<\/li>\n<li>Acciones: Real\u00edcense actividaes para visibilizar a muyeres en tecnolox\u00eda, promoviendo modelos a siguir pa ne\u00f1es.\/<\/li>\n<li>Promotores: Entam\u00e1u pola Uni\u00f3n Internacional de Telecomunicaciones (UIT) y sofit\u00e1u pola ONU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/innovacion.uas.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/NOTA_124.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/innovacion.uas.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/NOTA_124.jpeg\" width=\"652\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para encetar esta desiguald\u00e1, ye crucial educar a les nueses ne\u00f1es nes TIC dende una ed\u00e1 temprana. Equ\u00ed hai delles soluciones que tenemos d&#8217;implementar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Esaniciar estereotipos<\/strong>: Tenemos De desafiar la idea de que les tecnolox\u00edes son nam\u00e1 para ne\u00f1os y fomentar referentes femeninos nestos campos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alfabetizaci\u00f3n dixital<\/strong>: Los gobiernos tienen d&#8217;apurrir alfabetizaci\u00f3n dixital a muyeres que nun tuvieron accesu a les TIC por cuenta de la so ed\u00e1 o circunstancies sociales y de x\u00e9neru.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empoderamiento dende les aule<\/strong>s: Les ne\u00f1es de g\u00fcei son les muyeres del futuru.
