El puntu culminante ye la cascada de Zaramato, onde l&#8217;agua cai ente roques cubiertes de mofu. <strong>Ideal pa esfrutar de la tranquilid\u00e1 del monte atl\u00e1nticu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La Sienda La Regueirina empieza frente a la ermita de San Llorienzo, na \u00e1rea recreativa d&#8217;El Faida<\/strong>l, una redolada cuidada qu&#8217;ufierta solombra, bancos y meses pal descansu. Dende equ\u00ed, t\u00f3mase xuna pista ancha qu&#8217;escurre ente prader\u00edes y zones arbolaes, apurriendo xuna introducci\u00f3n pausada a la ruta. Llueu, esta pista enllaza con un senderu forestal qu&#8217;empecipia un nidiu descensu, enfus\u00e1ndose nun paisaxe apoder\u00e1u por carbayos, casta\u00f1ales y abedurios, mesmos del monte atl\u00e1nticu.<\/p>\n<p>A midida que av\u00e1nzase, el cam\u00edn estrechar y serpentea ente la vexetaci\u00f3n, creando una atm\u00f3sfera atopadiza y h\u00fameda, onde&#8217;l cantar de los p\u00e1xaros y el llarpiar de les fueyes acompa\u00f1en al caminante. Llueu se algamar el calce del regueru Soulcoux, unu de los pequenos regueros que vertebren esti territoriu. En cruci\u00e1ndolo, el senderu internar so un dosel vexetal cada vez m\u00e1s trupu y visiegu, ufiertando un tramu fresco y silencioso que convida a caminar con aselu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s palantre,<strong> ll\u00e9gase a una pequena \u00e1rea de descansu al pie de les ruines d&#8217;un antiguu mol\u00edn.<\/strong> Esta construcci\u00f3n, parcialmente invadida pola vexetaci\u00f3n, ye testimoniu del usu tradicional de l&#8217;agua na econom\u00eda dom\u00e9stico y agr\u00edcola de la zona. Equ\u00ed, el caminante puede detenese unos minutos ya imaxinar el bullicio qu&#8217;anta\u00f1o pudo animar esti rinc\u00f3n del valle.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo&#8217;l senderu, alg\u00e1mase unu de los puntos m\u00e1s especiales de la ruta:<strong> la cascada de Zaramato<\/strong>. L&#8217;agua cai ente parees cubiertes de mofu, creando una redolada de gran guapura y frescor. La combinaci\u00f3n del rumor de l&#8217;agua, la solombra del monte y el mugor del ambiente convierte esti enclave nun llugar perfectu pa folgar o a cencielles esfrutar de la naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/HMXaQ2iXwAA3De1?format=jpg&amp;name=large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/HMXaQ2iXwAA3De1?format=jpg&amp;name=large\" width=\"1500\" height=\"859\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dende la cascada, el cam\u00edn empecipia un ascensu esixente pela fastera de Pe\u00f1a del Mol\u00edn. A midida que g\u00e1nase altor, el paisaxe \u00e1brese, dexando contemplar les copes de los \u00e1rboles dende enriba, seg\u00fan vistas escontra la redolada d&#8217;El Faidal. Super\u00e1u esti tramu, la rimada an\u00eddiase y el senderu sigue de forma m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda, flanqueado por vexetaci\u00f3n aut\u00f3ctona.
